Every day is Pardon Day for Dear Leader these days; so much criming, so many friends of Dear Leader that need pardons! Look at him GO! But what’s that in his pocket?

Pardoning yourself is legally dubious, D.L., but ethically, it’s totally skeevy! By the way, isn’t accepting a pardon an admission of guilt?

Phil Maish is a freelance cartoonist of no repute. His modest efforts may be viewed at myth-fits.com. He has worked for the Government, the Press, the Opera, and a Soulless Corporation.
