Artist Statement

I played with Colorforms as a child, colorful, vinyl shapes that stuck to glossy surfaces. Creating little worlds was fun, and I could fool myself into thinking I was in control. My artwork is basically the same idea, but without the sticky, rubbery raincoat, raindrops and umbrella, so vivid in my memory, that adorned the figure in the landscape.

Today, like technology, life is more complicated, and my pictures, more philosophical.
