It’s fall! Here are a few of the things our EIL contributors are up to this fall!

Several EIL poets appear in the fall issue of Tinderbox! Check out the table of contents, where you’ll find Carol Berg, Lauren Camp, Emari DiGiorgio, Susan Rich, Sally Rosen Kindred, Martha Silano, Sarah J. Sloat, Donna Vorreyer, and many other fine poets! Congratulations to all!

Debra Bruce will lead a workshop for RHINO Magazine on Sunday, September 28, from 1:30 to 4:30 at the Evanston Public Library in Evanston, Illinois. Her topic is Metrical Tune-Up and how meter and sound can help even free verse poets!

Photographer Kevin Nance has work in a new exhibit about David Bowie, opening at The Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. He also has work in the Edgewater Fall Art Fair, coming up September 27-28. Edgewater is an artsy neighborhood in Chicago.

Poetry Editor Kathleen Kirk had another poem of hers set to music by Joe Robinson of the music collaboration site, Ham Kicker.

And Nic Sebastian continues her fabulous collaborative work with poetry, audio, and video at The Poetry Storehouse, where, again, you’ll find several EIL poets, including Maureen Alsop, Eric Burke, Risa Denenberg, Maureen Doallas, Peg Duthie, Rose Hunter, Luisa A. Igloria, Kathleen Kirk, W.F. Lantry, Kristin LaTour, Diane Lockward, Jessy Randall, Daniel M. Shapiro, and many more!

So many wonderful things to share as one season shifts to another and we continue to Escape Into Life
