Artist Statement

Photography as a dialogue between people, an exchange of feelings and visions between photographer, subject and outside viewer.

Many unspoken words, melodies of forms constructed primarily by the relationship between themselves and the subject. An umbilical cord that binds the two figures, putting them on the same level, where finally, in a natural and disarming manner, the shot is born, testament to an intense moment of exchange, a dazzling moment of freedom.

I studied industrial design and now I work as a commercial graphic artist. The profession has led me to approach photography, an extraordinary world in which to lose yourself, a world full of feeling and sensations that can leave you breathless without warning.

I still dream about the materiality of film.
