Artist Bio
Scott Nellis resides in Brighton and has just graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) in Illustration. Presently he enjoys working primarily with pen and ink on paper and loves to create intricately detailed drawings, working with real-life themes and translating them into surreal scenes. Scott also works with his Mac, scanner and printer and, in the past, has dabbled extensively with acrylics, watercolours, and flash and hand drawn animation. Scott has experience and knowledge working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash, and is able to learn new software speedily.

Ji’s interest in art was implanted at a very young age when she would look through her mother’s sketchbooks and watch her father paint.
The Swedish painter Karin Mamma Andersson works with a highly idiosyncratic imagery, engendered by the mysteries of dreams, fairytales and everyday life.
I use watercolor because of its rich and imperfect nature, and for its use in sappy art and the coloring of antique prints.
My work has been strongly influenced by the nature of my childhood; I grew up in snowy villages along the sea coast in northern Japan.
