About The Artist

James Day, an artist with a life long focus in sculpture. Although James is a sculptor specializing in post cubism, abstract, and visionary realism, he also spends time painting, drawing, the occasional illustration, graphic design, web design, working with wood, metal, wire, pastels, chalk, gouache, as well as various other mixed media. James leans heavily towards sculpture and working with clay though, because he grew up with it being the son of a talented sculptor. So most of what you will see of his will be 3 dimensional sculpture, lots of high bas relief sculpture, and maybe a little painting to reinforce the series he’s currently working on.
